At YellowBirdWholesale.com, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality disposable vape products. Due to the nature of these consumable, hygienic products and the current volatility in the supply chain, we have a strict return policy as outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


All Sales Final - Except for Manufacturer Defects

All sales of disposable vape products from YellowBirdWholesale.com are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for disposable vape products for reasons such as:

  • Customer dissatisfaction with flavor, taste, or subjective experience.

  • Lower than expected "puff count" or device longevity. Manufacturer puff counts are estimates and actual performance may vary based on individual usage habits.

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper storage by the customer.

  • Opened packaging for non-defective items.

  • Products ordered in error by the customer.

We will only accept returns for disposable vape products that have a confirmed manufacturer defect.


What Constitutes a Manufacturer Defect?

A manufacturer defect refers to a fault in the product that occurs during manufacturing and prevents the device from functioning as intended straight out of the box or within a very short period of initial use. Examples of covered manufacturer defects include:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): The device is completely non-functional (does not power on, light up, or produce vapor) upon first attempt to use.

  • Device auto-fires or continuously fires: The device activates without being drawn upon.

  • Significant E-liquid Leakage: The disposable unit shows substantial leakage from a sealed compartment upon initial opening, not caused by physical damage after receipt.

  • Device does not produce vapor: The device indicates it's working (e.g., light comes on) but no vapor is produced when drawn upon.

The following are NOT considered manufacturer defects and are not eligible for return:

  • Any issues related to personal preference (e.g., "I don't like the flavor," "It doesn't taste strong enough").

  • A device that runs out of e-liquid or battery charge faster than expected (as puff counts are estimates and usage varies).

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.

  • Damage caused by dropping, crushing, water exposure, extreme temperatures, or any other form of physical abuse or misuse.

  • Devices that have been tampered with or modified in any way.

  • Missing packaging or components if not reported immediately upon delivery.


Reporting a Defective Disposable Vape

If you believe you have received a defective disposable vape, you must report it to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, as confirmed by your tracking information. Claims made outside this timeframe will not be considered.

To process a defective return claim, you must provide the following:

  1. Your Original Order Number.

  2. Clear Photo and/or Video Evidence of the Defect:

    • Photos/Video must clearly show the entire product, including the original packaging (box, wrapper), any serial numbers, and authenticity codes.

    • Video evidence is often required to demonstrate functionality issues (e.g., showing the device not firing, or auto-firing).

  3. A Detailed Description of the Issue: Explain exactly what is wrong with the device and how you discovered the defect.

  4. All Original Packaging: You must retain and provide clear images of all original packaging, including the box, device wrapper, and any security or authenticity seals. This is crucial for verifying the product and preventing fraudulent claims.


Defect Verification Process

Upon receiving your claim and evidence, our team will review the information. We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional information, photos, or video evidence.

  • Require the return of the defective unit for physical inspection at our expense (we will provide a pre-paid shipping label if required).

If, upon review and/or inspection, the product is confirmed to have a manufacturer defect that falls within the scope of this policy, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement: A replacement of the exact same item (if available in stock).

  • Store Credit: Store credit equal to the value of the defective item, which can be used towards future purchases on YellowBirdWholesale.com.

Please note:

  • We do not offer cash refunds for defective disposable vapes.

  • If a replacement item is no longer available, store credit will be issued automatically.


Important Reminders:

  • Inspect Your Order Upon Arrival: Please inspect all items in your order immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies (missing items, incorrect items, or initial damage from shipping) must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Retain Packaging: Always keep the original packaging for all disposable vape products until you have confirmed they are fully functional and satisfactory. This is vital for any potential defect claims.

  • Wholesale Nature: As a wholesale supplier, we work directly with manufacturers. Our policies are designed to align with common industry practices for disposable products.
