Shipping and Returns Policy:
**Shipping:**
*Order Processing Time:*
- All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received.
*Free Shipping:*
- Yellow Bird Wholesale ("Yellow Bird") offers free shipping for online orders over $1000.00.
- Certain items (dispensary packaging items, lighters, liquids, chargers, and butane) do not qualify for free shipping and won't count toward the minimum order amount.
- Yellow Bird reserves the right to designate any product as ineligible for free shipping.
*Exclusions:*
- Free shipping does not cover orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories abroad.
- Extra shipping charges may apply to shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories abroad, especially for larger shipments sent via LTL, requiring pallets or more space.
**Returns and Exchanges:**
*Exchanges:*
- Yellow Bird only accepts exchanges for damaged or defective merchandise, at the company's discretion.
- Report damaged products or order discrepancies to Yellow Bird within ten (10) days of receiving the merchandise.
*Damaged Merchandise:*
- Inspect all items upon receipt. If the box appears damaged, have the delivery driver sign the packing slip, indicating outer box damage, and take photographs before opening the package.
- Shipment packaging exposed or severely damaged requires a photograph along with the attached packing slip for returns after delivery.
- Products are considered satisfactory unless a product arrived damaged, and the damage was not apparent before acceptance.
- To initiate an exchange for damaged items, contact our Customer Care team within 10 business days, providing photographs of the damaged item and box, original order invoice number, item number or name, and any other information needed.
*Cancellation:*
- All canceled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee, applicable regardless of shipment status.
*Change of Address and Incorrect Address:*
- Incorrectly submitted addresses will incur a $25.00 charge for corrections/re-shipment.
- Changes made to an address in transit will result in package delays.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all C.O.D. returned orders after a delivery carrier's third attempt to deliver and collect payment.
*Local Laws:*
- Customers are responsible for adhering to local laws regarding product shipments to their locations.
*Liability Disclaimer:*
- Yellow Bird Wholesale LLC disclaims liability for any loss, theft, damage, or expense resulting from violations of local laws.
